REPTRAX
Heartland Health views vendor management as a critical element in providing cost effective and safe care to our patients. Heartland Health utilizes a third party vendor management system called Reptrax®. All vendor representatives are required to register in the Reptrax® system at www.reptrax.com. Reptrax® ensures safety to all patients, vendors, and caregivers through a robust credentialing process that ensures Heartland policies and health precautions are accepted and up-to-date by all vendors. New vendors are encouraged to visit Reptrax® at www.reptrax.com and create an account before visiting. This will allow the review of the Heartland Policies and Procedures which include Authorized Vendor Parking Areas.

PHYSICIAN’S CALL SERVICE
Physician’s Call Service is a third party solution for Pharmaceutical and Sales Representatives that visit Heartland Clinics to schedule all sample checks, lunches, and any detailed appointments. This service can be located at www.physiciancallservice.com .
SCORECARD
Heartland Health utilizes a Vendor Scorecard for all vendors who sell products to Heartland Health. The Purpose of the scorecard is to monitor performance of key indicators to Heartland’s success.
