Description
An ongoing weekly class for cancer survivors and their support persons. The instructor is Ernie Hall, BS, ACSM/ACS, Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer. This small group class offers gentle, slow, flowing movement in harmony with nature. Tai Chi for Health supports health, reduces stress in the presence of fatigue and promotes healing. The class environment is safe and supportive to accommodate all functional levels.
