Description
An ongoing weekly class for cancer survivors and their support persons. The instructor is Andrea Ambrose, RYT, Highland Community College. This is a non-aerobic, low impact class that incorporates breathing, moving, stretching and meditation. Yoga can be a useful method of help relieve some symptoms associated with cancer and lead to increased overall physical fitness.
